Apple shapes

watching the BBC news here in the uk and they are covering a study done on 200,000 people that shows that being an apple is not worse than being a pear. You are apparently at no more risk of heart disease, diabetes etc. Just because you carry weight around the middle rather than elsewhere. Interesting stuff for the big apple that I am!

I used to think I was an apple, but as I've lost weight, I've turned into a pear. Big time. Maybe you're an undercover pear and don't know it? :bigsmile:0
