grapes, carrots, low fat yogurt, low fat mozzarella sticks (hi-sodium though), any kind of berries - and you can have rather large servings of produce for 100-200 calories.

If I am craving something salty, veggie straws 38 straws are like 130 calories...or a mini whole wheat bagel (franz-100 cal) and one laughing cow light swiss cheese wedge...better than cream cheese! If I am having a sweet tooth, I love the Fiber One granola bars--oats and chocolate (140 cal) or the nature valley granola thins-chocolate (80 cal) mmmm...this is making me have the munchies

I love pears! One anjou pear is 100 calories. Also, I am a huge fan of chai tea lattes, but I make my own low calorie version using one cup of blue diamond unsweetened vanilla almond milk, a chai tea bag, a sugar substitute, and a dash of cinnamon. All together, it's 40 calories! Add the pear, and that's 140.

I love to eat a variety of fruits for snacks: grapes, oranges, apples, bananas, peaches, strawberries, blueberries, etc. I also like to have carrot sticks, cucumbers and celery cut up in the fridge and ready to go for snacks.

Filled frozen bananas- cut a banana in half and then cut again lengthwise. Spread 2 tsp of natural peanut butter or nutella on one side and top w/ other side, like a little sandwich. Wrap in foil and freeze...Yum! Crushed cashews and a drizzle of honey is awesome too, you'll use less than 2 tsp of the honey. I'm also splitting some of my favorite energy bars in half to use as snacks, the whole bar is a bit of a calorie hit, but half is a perfect 90- 120 calorie snack! Save the other half in a ziploc for later.

If I'm looking for a sweet fix then its either a 2 finger kit kat, Skinny Cow ice cream bar or a Muller Light yogurt. All around 100 cals each. Bliss!

If it's savoury, usually a mini pot of Philadelphia light with either some veg crudités or a couple of Ryvita.

Nabisco 100 calorie snacks. I love these because they have a large variety, especially those with a sweet tooth.
