Hi,

I just joined, but I have a lot of friends that joined last year a lost lots of weight so I am on a mission. I got a new do last night, and some color so I am ready to shed the pounds. If any one has any pointers please reply.

    The key is to workout!!!! That is how I am losing my weight. I have found a machine in my local gym that I love, it's the reebok step. It killed my legs the first time I did it, but now I love it and can stay on it for 15 minutes. I am hoping to make 20 min. Also stay within your calories that they give you on this site. If you want we can be friends and help support each other, just add me.
  • Hi I just joined and I have been doing this for a few days now. I had my son last April and I gained some weight that I would love to loose. I think with the support of this forum that I can reach my goal.
