You just have to take it one day at a time! Start NOW...talk a walk...do some sit up's...find something to do that's going to help motivate you! :flowerforyou:0

Rachel,
Put this site as your homepage on your computer-- it's right there-- no excuses not to track your food. You're on the computer all day anyway.
Come on now-- get back on track, young lady.0 -
Hey Hun,
plan your meals...and i know its difficult but make time for exercise, i was always saying i didn't have time or was too tired when coming back from work-i am a nurse...but getting up 15 minutes earlier doing some stretches, then doing 1/2hour on my exercise bike when waiting for my dinner to cook helps.
Other things i found that have helped are carrying my gym kit with me in the boot of my car so if i want to work out after/before work i can...even just taking your trainers to work and using your lunch break to get outside for a walk.
Good luck and hang in there :flowerforyou:0 -
I didnt have a computer when I started. I knew the 1st step and most important is to keep track of your food. I had a little calorie book I bought at the check out in the grocery store.
I also had a small spiral notepad. Each morsal I put in my mouth went into the book. No excuses, because excuses were what brought me to being 50 pounds over weight.
So you have to DECIDE today that you are in control.
I know it is hard. At night make up your lunch and snack for the next day. If you need suggestions I will be happy to help.
I know you can do this! Do it for YOU!!:flowerforyou:0
