So what are you plans for dinner tonight? I'm thinking I might want breakfast, but always looking for new ideas.

It's Lent, so no meat for me! I'll be making Grilled Mahi Mahi (http://allrecipes.com/Recipe/Grilled-Mahi-Mahi/Detail.aspx) with a salad. I'm going to bake the fish it in the oven, though, since the grill is packed away for the winter.

Half spinach, half lettuce mix (cabbage, carrots, radish mix lettuce bag) salad with red onion, celery, turkey lunch meat (too lazy to cook up some chicken), and maybe cheese. With a dressing of balsamic vinegar and lemon juice. MMMMMM....I'm getting hungry now!
And my skinny girl cheesecake for desert (180 calories only for one serving!)

Maybe a salad at McDonalds maybe a cheese subway pizza. Got a busy night planned out and about so its bound to me something quick.
  • I'm thinking about either whole wheat pita pizzas or grilled tenderloin steaks...
  • i just had mushroom and yellow pepper wraps and sweet potato wedges, was very nice too.

The grilled tenderloin steaks sound good.

I love me some fish, so all the seafood sounds wonderful as well!

I'm going meatless for Lent tonight too. I don't have any fresh fish in the house, so I'll either have pasta with tomato sauce or maybe a veggie burger if I have some in the freezer.

Ooh, I just had an idea that I might have scrambled eggs with cheese. That sounds REALLY good to me right now, better than either of my other ideas.
