Finding my exercises on here. Help please.

Hi,
I'm looking for some help as i'm new here and trying to get the hang of it.
I go gym for 1 hour - 2.5 hours and i cant figure out how to enter my calorie lose as i cant find the equipment i use on here.
For example:
Cross Trainer
Treadmill
also i do weights so how can i add this??
Any help will be must appreciated.

Good question! I do circuit training on Cybex machines. Any suggestions how to log this?0

The treadmill you can add as cardio and then jogging. Not sure about the cross trainer.0

I have found that the strength / weight portion of MFP doesnt work very well.
The best thing is to get a HRM watch and then just keep track of your calories burned.
Then enter any workouts as cardio. There is a strength training under cardio. Choose that.
Input your time spent and calories burned. This will also add back calories that you can eat on your daily diet plan.

I enter time on the cross trainer as elliptical...not sure if it's right though!
As someone has already said too, log the treadmill as jogging, you should be able to work out your pace pretty easy based on the speed you run at on the treadmill.0 -
i think its the same as ellipital thats what i used under cardio.0
