Seeking Diamonds in the Rough - 7 Week BUDDY Weight Loss Cha

Hey Diamonds!

I'm looking for anyone interested in "buddying up" for a 7 week challenge. The goal is to stick to our diet and exercise goals with a partner. Just provide the following, and then I can buddy everyone up:

1. Name (or nickname)
2. Seven week weight loss goal
3. Diet and exercise goals

The challenge begins on MONDAY, MARCH 14th. I will post buddies on Monday morning. Yes, you can choose your own buddy, just let me know!

Expectations:

1. Check in with YOUR BUDDY EVERY DAY via messaging!
2. Check in on this thread regularly.
3. Weight loss will be posted on Mondays. (You can weigh in on any day, just be consistent.)

    Diet goal - come in at or under my calories every day

    Diet goal: NO sweets or fried foods of "ANY KIND" for the entire seven weeks
    Excercise goal: To stick with my current excercise plan of going to the gym 6xdays a week,
    Spin on Saturday and Kickboxing and Zumba on Tuesday or Thursday

    Hi :) I'm Lyndsey...

    7 week goal- 10 + lbs
    Exercise goal- hit the gym at least 3x/wk, plus another activity at least 1x/wk (zumba or JM 30D Shred)
    Diet goal- change up my veggies a bit (instead of eating the same ol thang), try to eat less processed foods, more than 1 fruit a day

    Good question. You can send me just the pounds lost each week. I really want us to focus on what we've shed! You and your buddy should share everything! I will try my best to partner people with similar goals.

    Diet/Exercise goals: Cut caffeine in half by the end of the 7 weeks, burn 3500 calories per week.

    Oh no! I just remembered I am on Vacation Mon 3/21, and will be gone from 3/17-3/25 (not sure if I will have internet access or not).

    I don't think I will have access to a scale, so can I just update you for 2 weeks (3/21 and 3/28) on 3/28?

    Our goals our similar. I am 182 and hoping to get to 170. I also wanna burn 3500 calories a week. Let's get it done.

    3. exercise every day, drink at least 8 glasses of water, do not go over my alloted calories more than 1 time per week, log everyday

    2. 10-15 lbs. (I'm a heavy girl with a lot of determination)
    3. maintain protein intake (I'm veg), exercise 6 days/wk (30-40 minutes around 300 calories), log every day

    Would love to join! My biggest obstacle is just finding the time to log in although I keep a running list in the kitchen most days. Name: Stacy
    Goal: 10 pounds, want to be below 170 with an eventual goal of 145
    Goal: Walk the dogs 5-7 days a week for 45 minutes to an hour, compel my husband to give me this time while he watches our 3 little ones.
