I can see my weight loss in pictures

Yesterday I was going through my pictures and I got so shocked! I can see my weight loss! :D
I never really took in account those 15-20 pounds lost because I felt like I shouldn't consider those because I never should have gotten that big. But now I am proud of myself I nearly cried. I was so happy and wow I have lost weight yay!!

    This is awesome!! It's so much easier to see your own progress in pictures. I highly recommend taking photos often. When you feel like giving up or get stuck on a plateau you can look at them & be inspired by just how far you have come.
