hey divas and divos
its your girl sgt diva. my supervisor told me i need to shed off some of this weight in order to get promoted. i was never good at watching what i eat to lose weight. i would just stop eating and work out, but did some damage to my body doing that. so i am here to get support and learn new things.
oh yea i am kinda near my calorie max. any tips for a 300 calorie dinner??

chicken. salad. little avacado.baby carrots.very small portion of brown rice.0

A giant salad that you can top with either lean turkey or chicken or even some beans. Maybe a small slice of bread to go with that?0

Check out all recipies.com they have a section with meals with each serving under 300 calories. Bone less skinless chicken breast and a salad or steamed veggies is also a quick under 300 cal meal. Good luck with the promotion OORAH!0

how about an Egg White omlette with Spinach, Mushrooms and green onions....... You can top it off with a spoonful of salsa.. oh yum!0

She is clearly in the military and you can't get promoted when you are out of shape, and possibly fail PT tests!0 -

yup Physical requirements are very strict. Nothing out of line wiht this. Probably a good standard to follow for other buisnesses0 -
Big salad with strips of steak. I marinated mine in a clove of garlic, black pepper and soy sauce. Have it with lettuce, sweetcorn tomato and a boiled egg :-) mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm0

Hi there! Thanks so much for your service! I would have a tuna sandwich with strawberries and blueberries for dinner, you can even melt a slice of cheese and do open face. Or some scrambled eggs.
