I'm a 25 year old gal who isn't exactly satisfied with her body. I joined this site on a recommendation from my mom (yes, a 25 year old who still takes advice from her mom). Not big into exercise, but am willing to change my eating habits to lose excess weight. I'm not out of control heavy, but just outside my healthy BMI range and would like to change that. 5 lbs to healthy, 15 lbs to happy :)

Anywho, that's that, so what have you got to offer?

You made me smile and so I had to give you a very big WELCOME!!!

It sounds like you are on the right track to me. I am no expert but I am always learning new things. You have already made a great choice just by looking at what you feed your body. Welcome again and best of luck.

Welcome and good luck to your happier self! It would seem exercise would help you obtain your goal but, watching what you eat is a great start! Look forward to seeing a success story!!
  • Hi Eve and TNT Pete...thanks for the encouragement...I've been watching what I eat (at the encouragement of "loved ones") for the past 10-15 years...i'm kinda tired of it...but i am enjoying the food diary. It helps me be aware of all the calories i do actually intake every day. any tips and encouragement is always welcome :)
