Recipes with calory count??

I have gone through a large portion of the recipes people have been so kind as to provide for all of us, but i do find that a lot of them do not provide the amount of calories for the portions. Could i possibly get some recipe ideas for any meal of the day with the calories as well? i would really appreciate it..

If you go under the food tab and click recipes you can plug in your own recipes and it will give you all the nutritional inforamation. You can also save it and use for your diary.

I know you were looking for new recipes, but I wanted to make sure you were aware of this feature. Since I love to cook it is my best friend. lol

go to food, then click the tab for recipes and add the recipe to your book. it will give you the counts there.

thank you soo much, i'm new to this just started 2 days ago, but need to start over again tomorrow due to a miscalculation in the calories in my coffee.. i appreciate you pointing that out to me
