I think you have made great progress, sometimes it is hard to see in yourself. I bet you feel tons stronger, and heck, just the pride of saying you have stuck with insanity this far is worth a bunch! Keep it up!0

4 weeks. There are 5 weeks to go in the program and rumor has it the changes are MUCH bigger during the second half (which is more intense).0 -

It's supposedly the hardest program put out by the same people who made P90X. It's set of home workout DVD's. It's pretty cool. Send me an email if you wAnt more info....I don't want to be advertising for them here (it's against the rules).0 -

Congrats. I just finished my first round of Insanity last week, so I know how hard it is. And trust me, month 2 is a lot harder, so if you saw that much of a change with month 1, you will probably see double in month 2. Keep at it! :-)0
