I new to MFP. Well, I've been on for 2 weeks now. So far, so good. I love being able to track my calories and watching how much extra I get when I add a workout in. I hoping to loose between 55-60lbs in the next 6-9 months. A lofty goal, but I feel in drastically changing my diet and consistantly working out can be attainable. I love ZUMBA as my top choice of workout but hoping if I can loose my first 20-25lbs I can start running again, which is my passion. So wish me good luck!! I am going to need it!
