Does anyone know how to figure calories burned for tilling and raking a garden for 4 hours? General gardening for 4 hours only gave me 28 calories burned.

    you need to enter 240 for your minutes into the time box, i just did 90 minutes and it gave me over 600 calories

    well, if you go to track exercise....hit add exercise, type in gardening and your time, it should give you a more accurate count. I did 2 hours of gardening today, but only logged it at 90 minutes. Gave me a whopping 504 calories...and I'm taking them cause I busted my butt.

    Should be a lot more then that. Make sure you are imputing minutes.I burn mad cals gardening :)

    I love your goals - good luck! I have the gardening calories all figured out now. Now I need to find time to garden again!
