Who needs a trainer or surgery?

My wife and I have been on this journey for 14 months now and have been there daily to support and motivate. She is down 93 lbs and I have lost 172 lbs. in that time period. Just goes to show what can happen when you are focused and take one day at a time.:smile:

    That is so great! It is so nice that you two can do this with and for each other. My husband and I are only a couple of months in to this journey and I am hoping to report our success some day. I have about another 40lbs to lose and he has over 100 to lose. I am just glad to see that it is possible!
