    Don't look at this site as a diet & weight loss one because it connotes that you will get to your goal and then go back to things as usual.

    Instead look at this as a change of lifestyle site that gives you the tools to get yourself in balance and teaches you how to fight the addiction to the wrong kinds and amounts of food. If you do that then you'll be prepared to do it for the rest of your life.
