    Weight goal: Reach 170 lbs... at least. I am at 184.4 as of this morning.
    Diet/Exercise goals: Cut caffeine in half by the end of the 7 weeks, burn 3500 calories per week.

    Our goals our similar. I am 182 and hoping to get to 170. I also wanna burn 3500 calories a week. Let's get it done.

    Would love to join! My biggest obstacle is just finding the time to log in although I keep a running list in the kitchen most days. Name: Stacy
    Goal: 10 pounds, want to be below 170 with an eventual goal of 145
    Goal: Walk the dogs 5-7 days a week for 45 minutes to an hour, compel my husband to give me this time while he watches our 3 little ones.

    I've been working out 5 to 6 days a week for an hour.

    I usually track my food via phone throughout the day I can't message from there but I do log in, in the mornings to read threads and see how everyone is doing.
