So I just officially got started this week with MFP. I'm loving it however, I'm somewhat confused by the extra calories that I get for working out. I haven't been using them. Is that good or bad?

I think you can use the exercise calories you burn to eat, as long as you maintain a 500 calorie deficit.0

Go to the search button and the top of this page and research it. There are tons of posts, but in the short run,yes eat them. They answer it better than I can0
