Calories in California Pizza Kitchen bread

They do a great job listing the calories of their food, but does anyone know how many calories are in the bread they serve as an appetizer? Just curious? I can't seem to find anything on line.

    If I recall, it's a small sourdough loat, cut into slices???? Panera has small sourdough loaves. Maybe use one of theirs as a comparison.

    That was how I was going to figure it out. It's just hard to believe they don't publish it. They have every menu item with the calories listed, just not the bread :(
