It feels like a huge victory to be back in my old clothes and have them fitting better than ever. I also for the first time had the guts to post my picture on my profile. I seriously hate the way i look but with my face looking slimmer i almost feel okay. Still have a way to go, but progress is so nice to feel and see. Im also starting to get my confidence back!

Please don't say things to or about yourself that you would not say to your Mother or you daughter or a best friend. . be as kind to yourself as you are to others! Congrats!
