I just started doing P90X this week and I'm useing this site to help me with my dite but was not sure how to post the work outs under my Exercise. If anyone has done this program and can help me to post them that would be a great help. Also if you are looking for a great program and are up for a real challenge I would check out P90X.

Buy a heart rate monitor.
It's the only wise/acurate way to do it.0 -

Good for you! It is an awesome program. I just do an estimate since I don't have a HRM. I know that in the manual they say around 600 cals a workout, which depends on how much you weigh, how hard you work, etc.
Stick with it and you'll see awesome results!

I'm currently doing the P90X and I do not post the exercises at all. My brother is on his second round of P90X and only uses this site for the nutrition part of it.0

I am on week four of P90X and loving it. I set each one of mine up under my personal exercise database.- make sure to set it as cardio or you can't count the calories.
I have Heart Rate monitor and I have been surprised to see how much my calorie burn for the same exercise set differs week to week. If you want to be a fanatic about it, you need the HRM. I love mine, I wear it for hikes, the gym, walking, etc... Worth the investment if you can spare $90.
Note: lots of posts on P90X and heart rate monitors if you want to reseach more.0 -
I love the X, also. I've been doing it for over a year. I use my HR monitor and track everything as cardio, also. I too am amazed at how much variation there is in calorie burn from week to week. I love this site for tracking my nutrition. Keep pushing play & stick with the P90X nutrition plan and you will see amazing results...right Jess?!

You got it, girl!! How are things going w/ you? I'm w/ Steph, I use the site just for keeping tabs on my nutrition, but I don't worry as much about every calorie w/ the workouts. I KNOW I'm burning calories!!0
