hello every one
my name is rana
i am 20 years old,and i want to lose wieght,i just signed up,and hopefully i will lose all 16 kilos i want to lose,is there any tips any one can give me ?

    Log everything, exercise regularly, eat healthy (not just low-calorie), seek advice when you need it and DO NOT give up.

    Hi and welcome.

    Besides logging everything, measure as well. I can't tell you how much of a difference it makes. Eyeballing portions may seem like it is easier to do, but at the end of the day it can make the difference between gaining and loosing. And once you start doing it you would be surprised how easy it is to keep it up. Especially when you continually see results because you are actually staying under your calorie budget rather than getting frustrated because you going over here or there because of incorrect estimates.
