Dandelion tea = lots of Pee

I was advised to drink dandelion tea during TOM to help with my severe water retention - Boy is it effective! I had a cup late yesterday afternoon, which if I'm honest didn't taste too bad, and I was peeing all night. I must of been to to the toilet at least 20 times - every half an hour!!!!

Anyway, I said all that to say this: if you want help in making sure you're not retaining too much water dandelion tea is not definitely the way forward.

Just thought I'd share that with you all :glasses: :happy: :glasses:

    sooo true! I drink it all the time with some lemon and apple cider vinigar..... that stuff is like Drain-o for your insides

    Yummy! I have a pot of Dandelion, Fennel Seed & Peppermint tea everyday! I love it! It's really good for digestion, too.

    @ manymuses - You can find it in any health store, it's really cheap too. I'm in the UK but I think it shouldn't cost any more than $3.

    Thanks for the tip! I will definitely try it as I'm a big fan of herbal teas. Camomile, peppermint and green tea are my favourite since I was a child :)
