How tall are you and how much do you weigh/ want to lose? And what size bone structure do you ha e?

I am 5'7'' large boned for a woman I would say. Maybe med-lg. I weigh 244.2 right now. Goal is 155-165. Although my 1st goal is 175!!!

    I weigh 202 right now and my goal weight is 145 to start with I started this journey at 272 so even getting to 160 would be awesome right now. I am a medium bone structure I think and I am 5'4"

    I am 5'4" maybe with a medium frame. I started at 166 and now I weigh 145. My goal is 125. I have been 125 before and I can do it again. :) Good luck on your journey!

    I'm 5'9" and I'm heavy boned. My goal weight is 150 with a maintainance between that and 160.
    My first goal is to be down to 275 by August.

    Hi there! I am 5'11 and have always been a 'big boned' girl. I was 250 before MFP, started MFP at 245, and now am 225 (as of last week, only weigh once a week). Dropped from 22 to 16-14 in my jeans so far. My goal weight is 170, which is what someone of my height is supposed to be. Best of Luck!

    I'm 5'11" and large boned. My current weight is 249 and I'd like to get to 170. Once I get close I may reevaluate that goal. But 170 puts me in a healthy BMI range.

    I am 5'8 and weigh 141 pounds. I want to lose at least 2 inches off my hips and tone up. The scale isn't really accurate anymore since I'm gaining muscle but I wear a pant size 9(which is really snug atm) and I'd like to fit comfortably in a 7. I think I have a small-medium sized frame but I'm not positive. How do you tell?

    5'8" with a large frame and high bone density (this is according to my doctors) CW : 211. Initial GW: 185. Final GW: 160-175

    Technically according to standard BMI charts 160-175 would put me on the boarder of healthy and overweight but this was what my last dietician always recommended as being a safe range for my structure.

    Im 5'9 - medium frame

    i want to be 150 lb but anything below 170 il be sooooo happy - currently 195.8 xxx

    I have big hips tho so dont think il get below a size UK 12 - 14

    I'm 5'2 and 40 in May with a medium to small frame. I was 98 pounds when I got pregnant, I gained 60 my first pregnancy, after all 3 I weighed 125, then got on meds and gained 40, and then gained more, and walked less. I was 168 when I realized It was time to lose. My goal is set to 120, though I plateaued last year at 125 for months, so I don't know if I can get lower. I don't really care if I do, if I'm toned enough and the fat on my tummy is pretty much gone.

    I'm like 5'7" and a half, almost 5'8"....I have a medium frame as near as I can tell. Still not exactly sure on my body type but I want to weigh between 132 - 137lbs I think, I'm 165 now and a size 10, hoping to be a 6 eventually.

    I am 5' 7.5" and would say I am large boned. Right now I weigh 172.4. My goal is 135 lbs.

    I'm 5'10 and I have a small frame. My CW is 177 and my final goal is between 135-140.

    I am 5ft 5 and probably fairly big boned. I started out at 192, I am currently 153 and my ticker is set to 135. I am pretty sure I want to aim for 125lb now though.

    I am 5'6" and medium framed, I started out at 257, I am now 194.8 my first goal is to get to 160 then I will re-evaluate, I figure I will probably want to get to 135-140, at one point (many years ago) I got down to 126 but everyone told me I looked to skinny at that weight and should aim for about 10-15 lbs heavier. We will see

    5'4". I'm 115.

    I was always told I was big boned for a girl. Let me tell you... no. You'd be surprised how small your bones look when you lose weight :)

    How do you guys check to see if you are big-boned, medium-framed etc.? I always thought I was medium/large-framed, but the other day I checked online to see how this is measured, and according to several sources, I am small-framed!!

    I am 5'7" with a medium size frame and currently weigh in the mid 160s. My goal is 145 as that's the last weight where I remembered liking how I looked. That number is subject to change as I get closer to it.

    I'm 6' tall barefoot. My SW was 300lbs even. I'm currently (well, as of two weeks ago, weigh in on Tues) 289.4lbs. I want to first drop 100lbs. Then keep going from there and get to between 150 and 175lbs.
