Yes, I was conned into buying it one morning while watching it on tv.. thinking that maybe it would work... The answer is no it doesn't. I will say I had hard time remembering to sprinkle this magic powder on everything I ate but I notice I was still eating everything on my plate... Don't waste your money on it!

Thanks! I know I saw those commercials too and was like, what is this stuff? So it's a powder that you put on your food... lol... I could see that working as almost like a mind-trick.

    Is it like splenda?

I've read something about it, and I think it's supposed to increase the taste of food, so you want to eat less. Either that or it makes all the food taste the same?

I have no idea. I'd like to try it, but I don't want to spend more than a couple bucks trying it. I'm cheap!

If it enhances the flavor of food, making you feel satisfied quicker, then I think it may be worth trying. If it just makes all the food taste crappy so you don't eat as much, it's not worth the money. Anyone can do that. Just pour Diet Pepsi on everything. It'll taste like crap, and you'll eat less.
