Gluten free vegan chocolate cupcakes 103 cal!

A lovely treat, thats great for those with allergies. They are very moist & rich if you like them sweeter you could increase the sugar.

1 cup soya milk
1tsp cider vinegar
1/2 cup granulated sugar
2 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup gluten free plain flour
1/3 cup cocoa powder
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt

. Whisk together milk & vinegar, leave for 5 min to curdke
. Add vanilla to milk & whisk until frothy
. Sift together dry ingredients
. Slowly add wet to dry, beating to remove any lumps
. Fill cupcake cases 3/4, bake for 20 min at gas 4/ 350f
. Cool for 10 min put onto rack until completly cool

Makes 8
103 cal
24g carb
1g fat
2g protien
13g sugar
170mg sodium

    Ok, how funny is this-
    My first thought lol is while reading the numbers...... Ok, can i eat all 8 for 103 calories or is it 103 cal. for each cupcake..hahahahahha
    Ok come one..... who else hoped that?
