How to up my calories?

I'm nearing the end of my weight loss and I was wondering if anyone has any advice on how I should go about increasing calories? Should I slowly add calories or something else?

    Are you still going to be on MFP? If you aren't wanting to lose more weight, then just make sure you are using your calories. You could also start trying to add more muscle tone to your body. Once you reach that goal weight where you want to remain, it shouldn't be hard to maintain. Just eat the foods you want, don't let yourself get hungry, and continue to workout. Incorporate more variety in your diet. Congrats on your goal!!
