Does anyone have or use The Biggest Loser- The Workout CARDIO MAX DVD? It says it's a 6 week program and it has 3 levels.
I'm wondering what kind of things are on the DVD? The back gives short descriptions but not about the workout itself. If that makes since.
Example: For Level 1 it just says "Rev up your fat-burning engine with Bob's boot-camp workout that challenges ever major muscle for a total-body slim down."
I'm hoping it's low impact on the knees!

I have the BL Cardio Max and love it. I don't believe it is hard on the knees. There is jumping jacks, knee raises and push ups. I had my knees replaced a few years ago and don't have any problems doing the exercises. It is a workout!!!! When you are done, though you feel great because you survived, but will think Bob has LOST his mind!!! lol
If you want a great cardio workout - this is it!!0 -
I haven't tried the Cardio Max DVD, but I own the Last Chance DVD and I love it! It's also got a built in 6 week program. Lots of high intensity cardio intervals mixed with weight/strength training. If you do get Last Chance my #1 tip: don't start out trying to be super woman. Start with 3lb weights and work up to 5 or 8 lbs.0

I have it, as well as the Power Sculpt dvd. They are awesome work outs! They will definitely get your sweat on! Bob does level 1, he does a lot of lunges, there is some hand weight use, jumping jacks, jump ropes (don't use an actual jump rope), push ups, things like that. Jillian does level 2, it's intense! No weights, jumping jacks, mountain climbers, tire runs, etc. And level 3 is Kim. I've only done it once, I think. I actually like the Power Sculpt better, personally. It's still a LOT of cardio, but you're getting in your sculpting at the same time. Hope this helped. Good luck! I love those dvd's.0

I like it... I have a knee issue and sometimes it gets sore but I just revert to the lower impact version of it. There are 4-5 people doing it with Bob and 1 of them does low impact the whole time. Its about 35 minutes.
If I'm feeling super energetic I pair it with Biggest Loser Wt Loss Yoga... WOW, talk about roasting calories! Netflix has both videos so before you buy you could probably borrow them to see if you like it.0
