I drink about 4-5 pint glasses of water a day and I used to get confused about how to record this on MFP.
The U. S. liquid pint = 473.176 milliliters;
The British Imperial pint (which I use!) = 568.261 milliliters.
1 US cup = 236.588237 millilitres
So I have now decided that 2 cups on the MFP = 1 pint glass of water for me.0 -
Sweet all!!
Nice to know I'm drinking ample water......:drinker:0
