Hello has anyone been using kettlebells to help with their fitness... just bought a set and am giving them a go tonight. Anyone have any tips or ideas? Or any success stories with them?

Jillian has a great DVD that works with kettlebells. They can be a lot of fun and a way to switch up your workout!0

I am interested too. I just bought one and a golds gym workout DVD. I think I am going to like kettle bells I found a youtube video with a 5 minute curcuit. You can repeat it as many times as you want. I used them for the first time yesterday and I feel it today!0

I found this website for some great tutorials and workout routines with Kettlebells. I can program my interval timer for it and do it while watching a show or listenig to some music ( I really get bored with the monotony of DVD's).

I've been working out with kettlebells for 8 months and I love them. Cardio and strength at the same time. I would make sure you have a good trainer or dvd to work with since you want to make sure you have the right technique. I would avoid Jillian Michaels kettlebell dvd since her technique is not great. just my 2 cents.

well my kettlebells arrived yesterday.. just waiting for the dvd... did a few sets with them seems like a lot of people are using them now a days. Ordered a ten minute workout with kettlebells, has anyone used this dvd?0
