    I suppose I should have clarified. Not three months. In three months it's been about 20 lbs. Initially, a couple of years ago I lost 34 lbs, then gained some back, and now I've lost that again and am working on the remaining amount. So on MFP it's been about 20 lbs, but I need to keep my total number visible for myself, so I don't lose track of the big picture. I'm all about small goals, but I do need to see my full numbers. It really helps when I feel like I'm just not getting anywhere.
