Raisins put me over my sugar goal? WTF

How is tha raisnisn but me over my sugar limit. is this that bad for me? i ate it bc it has fiber. will this make me fight today bc of the sugar? but its natural sugar so does it realy matter its not like it was fruit loops

    Dried fruit in general has lots of concentrated sugar. It is better to eat whole grapes, etc than the dried stuff.

    Well, like you said it's natural sugar. As long as no sugar is added to them. When I get raisins I make sure that's the only ingredient in them so I know nothing is added. But it's just a dried fruit, and if there isn't any extra sugar, I wouldn't worry too much. Plus, they're good for you :)

    It's a natural sugar so don't dwell on it like a processed sugar.

    what about the carbs in these little raisins?? who would of thought they be so so high in carbs

    i know, i thought that too when i got them! fruit always have carbs b/c of the natural sugar in them.
