Weight loss help!

I'm new at this and have a question. I'm changing the way I eat and my biggest problem is my belly. I know I have to do Cardio work, but what is the best to drop the belly fat? I don't want to build alot of muscle first- I want to see the weight loss.

    My wife and I asked our Exercise Physiologist that same question on Thursday and she said cardio was the best for losing it and then once you lost it you can get into crunches or side to side motion exercises to tone them up

    sometimes under belly fat is inflamed intestines from bad eating habits, increase your water & fiber & give it time :o)

  • Building muscle burns more fat and loses inches faster than dieting and cardio alone. Stick to high protein beans and lean meats, high fiber whole grains and leafy green veggies. Cut out the processed stuff. I'm going a little over my protein goals set on here and a little under my carb goals (not much - you need energy) to do just that! Protein will also help you feel full!
