They are high in sodium, but otherwise very healthy. Basically a vegetable. Very low in calories.0

Yes, you can also rinse off the pickle before eating - but yeah - they are very low cal! I love pickles.0

I feel as though I've turned into sort of a pickle expert. When I began my weight loss effort I was doing a very low calorie shake as my basic nutrition. The other food that passed my lips for 6 months was pickles. Mt. Olive makes some of the best pickles around, IMO. They offer a sugar free version of bread & butter pickles that are really good. If you don't like Bread & Butter and want a little spice try their jalapeno dill. I eat pickles every day even though I am now back to eating food most of the time instead of drinking shakes.0
