Do you use a kitchen scale to weigh foods?

Using Kitchen food scale is fo great use when one is on diet and has to keep an eye on everything he/ she consumes. Salter offer even a specialized nutritional dietary computer scale that can really help you control the situation :happy:

I'm trying not to obsess too much about the whole weightloss thing, so no, I don't weigh! I am honest to myself though and would sooner overestimate than underestimate the calories, just like my exercise calories, I will always log the (much) lower number from my tracker, as opposed to the very generous calories on MFP.
So I'm sure I would sometimes be a little over or under but in the grand scheme of things it's more important to me to have an awareness about my eating, and whether it's 100 calories more or less, I don't care.0
