Just a question for those of you that use her videos. When you add it to the exerise for the day on here,what do you put it under?

    I've been adding it as "low impact aerobics" for whatever amt of time I've done. Seems to balance out calorie wise.
  • I have a heart rate monitor, so I log it under "brisk walk, 3.5" and since MFP calories burned don't usually match my HRM, I usually adjust the time on here until it matches the exact calories my HRM says I've burned :happy:
