When I follow my calorie and nutrition goals but do not work out I tend to lose steadily. As soon as I throw exercise into the mix I don't lose. and I dont even eat back my calories! Does this happen to anyone else - I mean, all in all its pretty cool if I dont have to workout and all but I mean, it just seems so odd -
I am only doing cardio so its not like im building muscle. And I dont gain either I just stay the same. But when I just eat my 1300 for the day i seem to go down so easily. Maybe thats how my body is. If so - I'll take it!

You may need to eat some of your exercise calories back. Everyone is different in what they do and what they think. Some will preach that you have to eat back all of your exercise calories, some say part or none at all. I eat back some of them, you just have to find what works for you.0
