Quorn comes in all kinds of easy to use forms. It's high protein and low fat and very versatile to cook with.
I'm not sure where you're from. I'm from the UK, and it's available in all major supermarkets. I know it's available in the US, but don't know how widely, or how easy it is to get a hold of.0 -
Quinoa is a high protein grain that is versatile and easy to prepare. Similar to Couscous in texture.0

Legumes (beans, lentils, peas) are good vegan protein sources. Quinoa is also a good source. Added bonus is lots of fiber. However, they also come with carbs - but better for you since they are not refined.0

Quinoa. It's soo tasty and good hot or cold. You can make it pilaf style or mix in some freshly steam veggies and vinegarette to make a salad. It has a great texture and is kinda nutty. You can buy large bags of it at Whole Foods. If you need an recipe suggestions or help let me know, I have a ton.0
