NEw here - Need top lose 40 lbs

I am 35 year old male. I am 5'8" 230 lbs. My highest ever was 256. Since November of last year I am down 16 lbs. I am hoping you guys can help me stay motivated.

    Wow. We're in the same bucket. I'm at 230 today, started at 240 on 3/1. Need to lose 40 by summer and want to lose, eventually, 80 total.

    Best of luck and hard work to you. There's a lot of encouragement here. My diary is public so people can see it - in the event that I'm doing this right. :-)
