Here's a list of the foods I love to eat on this "diet," actually it's really just the foods my body needs to be at its best....I just made frozen squash with a touch of butter and brown sugar...super low in cals and sooo good for you, so that tops my list....share yours!! What are your usual standbys?

frozen squash:happy:
fiber one bars-oats and chocolate:sick: ....so worth it though
banana smoothies with soymilk, whey protein, van. extract
turkey sandwiches
frosted shredded wheat
sushi
chicken breast
broccoli
nutrigrain bars
grilled zucchini with a tough of evoo, parm, and salt
shrimp jumbalya with turkey sausage
eggs (1 whole + 2 egg whites) on toast with a shmear of feta cheese

I feel like I'm constantly eating...I think people at work think I'm nuts...but it's always healthy food :smokin:

I used to HATE Nutrigrain bars...but my friend randomly gave me one and now I am obsessed! They aren't even bad (as far as calories and fat) as long as you don't eat 5 in one day. They don't have any hydrogenated oils or much saturated fat, so they aren't too bad for your heart either :) the foods on your list are yummy...some of my faves for my diet too :)
