not sure if i did this right but if you see pictures then i guess it worked.
My before pic was taken christmas day....my now pic was taken March 12, 2011
As of today i have lost 20 pounds for good!!!

    Someone once told me the the "img" has to be lower case or something like that (or maybe it was the JPG that has to be lower case). try that. :wink:

    You can down size the picture. Tinypic has a resizing thing for pictures.

    Mssg boards use BBcode and you can usually resize, but for some reason they don't have it enabled so you can't do it here. But you can resize it on your computer or using a web based pic site. Photobucket does it I think. Anyhoo. Keep up the good work!
