I've tried many things so far, feeling a little hopeless in this battle. I'm hoping this will help me stay accountable and have heard good things about it. Now to find some friends to help me...
No matter how long I journal my food, count calories, watch what I eat, or exercise I haven't been able to move the scale more than a pound or two. I'm open to all suggestions, feedback, support, etc.

I SUCK at keeping food and exercise journals....this site has been a GODSEND to me....I've lost 5 pounds in 2 weeks and it just keeps giving me more and more motivation! Welcome to the site and feel free to send me a friend request....I'd gladly go on this journey with you!0

I feel the same exact way. Me and my boyfriend started the same time, and he has lost almost 10 pounds, and i have lost.....1. I am exercising and religiously watching what I eat, yet I am just trotting along while everyones flying past me. Its so frusterating!0
