I change mine up all the time, but have found myself swapping to audio-books over music lately, I get wrapped up in some of the stories and my time on the treadmill or whatever is done before I realize it. Changes up intensity in action-packed spots too ;)

You could listen to Pandora if you have an iphone/android or something that gets a wireless or wifi signal.
  • Name a few of your favourite bands and I'll see what I can do.
  • I only listen to audio books. But a few times my battery was too low and so I had to borrow my husband's and I usually just listen to his soundtracks. In case you haven't ventured down that road, most soundtracks have a nice variety and when you listen to some soundtracks from movies back in the day, you find yourself in a great mood as you remember the first time you saw that movie or heard that song. Then it makes you remember how you looked back then, haha!
