Options
So I'm fairly new as well. I need the motivation as well as advice along the way from people using MFP. I'm a sophomore at U of I and really want to get down to my goal weight by summer since I will be going on vacation. I have about ten lbs to lose before I get to my goal weight but it just feels impossible even though I am working so hard. I don't want to get discouraged and quit.

    This is awesome how you can motivate each other on this site. Lord knows I won't get any from my friends at school who never watch what they eat let alone workout. My roommate doesn't even know what the workout facility on campus looks like inside!
