Why am I surprised? (it's rhetorical, really)

Yesterday I had an "event" day... my husband and I went to Cirque du Soleil for the first time and had a day out. That resulted in eating a bunch of white carbs (which I hardly ever do now) and eating 1000 cals more than I should! Fortunately I had banked about a third of those from the previous day so it wasn't as bad as it sounds, but the price I'm paying is one I know I shouldn't forget.
The Important Thing: White starch makes you crave more white starch! OMG!
What's worse, today I felt hung over and hungry hungry hungry all day! Talk about consequences!

I know how you feel. Carb hangovers are worse than the ones from alcohol! At least with the alcohol hangover you don't want more.....for a while anyway. :ohwell:0

Oy. I remember that. I've made a few attempts at low-carb before it's just now started to stick with me. Hang in there and keep your chin up!0
