workout plans please?

okay well i need some work out suggestions what i do dosent seem 2 be working i need 2 burn alot of calories i want to lose 5 pounds this week so what will help? i need to get below 200lbs at the end of the month

    Try Jillian Michaels 30 day shred. It will kick your butt! I actually cried my first time doing it. lol I'm seriously out of shape though!

    5 pounds is not likely to happen maybe 1 or 2 pounds. Well first of all 1200 calories then for workouts Jillian michaels banish fat metabolism is really good. Or go running in the treadmill for an hour a day. I think most important thing to do is watch calories I sometimes have to much for dinner so before going to sleep I YouTube workouts or zumba. Good luck. It takes a while to find out what works for your body
