I had lost 6lb last week, such a happy bunny . I have been on a girlie weekend eatting and drinking. I thought i could dance off the pound. big mistake ............. the 6 pounds is on my hips this very morning, but my feed are swollen so I am hoping it is water retention. I am back on course today , but can we never over indulge again without suffering ?

i doubt the 6lbs are all fat gain - it must be water retention. Have a 'perfect day' today and i bet the 6 lbs will fall off (or maybe only 2lbs). There are consequences to our actions!
What i do when i've been naughty is to cut out carbs for dinner for an evening or two. It's a silly short term tactic but i am always happier when i weigh myself in the morning. Helps with the motivation if nothing else.
I'm also struggling with overindulging, but all i can do i make up for it in the following days and hold the line!0 -

Yes its probably water, but I know how you feel. I had a week off lst week and I'm up 4lbs. Its so frustrsating having to turn my ticker back, especially when I worked so hard to get to 28 and then see it spoilt in just one week. Sigh.0

I am trying to drink water to clear the water, I was dancing for eleven hour and my legs are swollen too now, so i guess I had over done every thing ..... I think I'll be good this week and see what happens to my weight but i'll not give up . this year is positive !0
