Under the Arm Flab

I have lost 74 pounds since the end of last May and have so much flab hanging under my arms. With summer coming I want some tips to tone this up. Help !!!!

Not only with doing arm curls and tricep over-the-head presses, but also just carry them while you're on the treadmill. You won't bulk up whatsoever.     and swimming will help tone your arms (and other parts)

    i have been doing push ups like mad and am seeing a significant loss in arm flab from them! along with other arm weight exercises, that's the way to go!
