I love to munch. Chips, cookies, etc. But I budget a small amount of chips in my diet and I discovered smart pop kettle corn, sweet and salty! Yumm!!! I quit smoking about 8 yrs ago (through a similar website called quitnet) and I replaced cigs with food, mostly snack food, so I keep craving snack food, so I keep apples in the house so that I can fill my cravings with something healthy.0

I have a major soda problem..COKE..I drink way to much..I also work 3rd shift so the soda helps keep me awake..oh and Pizza0

Alcohol here too (Captain Morgan mostly, but also beer). Also, I'd agree with sour cream chip dip, pizza and french fries....I really wish you wouldnt have started this thread, it's getting me tempted!0

My biggest weaknesses are chocolate, fast food, ranch (used to be used on just about everything) and soda.0

Ice cream...doesn't matter what kind, and Costco (Kirkland) Trail mix ( holy cow---it's sooooo good). I will not allow it to come into the house to whisper to me from the pantry.0

Alcohol is not necessarily my biggest weakness (althoug I do love it).....but it leads me to the others (chips, chocolate, second helpings of food I wouldn't normally have). So I've gone cold turkey! Have not touched a drop since 16 january.....and I'm staying stone cold sober all year!!0

Pizza, potato chips, sweets and anything chocolate and the worst part is I (used to) enjoy these things while watching TV in the evening

Home-made bread fresh from the oven, slathered with soy "butter".... I could eat the whole loaf, and still want more!
Also, Mexican food. My neighborhood is full of authentic restaurants, and many tortilla factories...It is really hard not to head over to my favorite restaurants and order what I want. Luckily, there is a California-style burrito joint a few blocks away with lots of vegan options-- but the portions are still huge!

Chocolate and Toffee.....Together or seperate, in ice cream, in a candy bar, in cookies, etc. It's totally my weakness. If I'm around either one I get weak in the knees, if they are together in something......watch out!!!0
