I purchased a New Balance Pro-Fit HRM. I just finished my workout which was JM-Banish Fat Boost Metabolism and it said
I burned 500 cals. Is this possible. I really worked hard during the work out, i did pause some but i also stopped the timer when I took a rest. It tracks your hr during the workouts and let's you know when your Hr is high/low. What do you guys think?

Mine is usally correct. Do you have the type you have to keep touching to register your heart rate? They are the best as long as you keep touching it .0
